3rd Department of Internal Medicine, General Teaching Hospital, and Charles University School of Medicine I, Prague, Czech Republic A patient with choriocarcinoma, most likely of ovarian origin, with lung metastasis is presented. The disease manifested itself by recurrent embolism into the peripheral arteries. Literature on this topic is reviewed.
