Via Salita Madonna di Gretta 17 34100 Trieste Italy This case concerns a 61-year-old woman presenting with middle aortic syndrome treated by an aortoaortic thoracoabdominal polytetrafluoroethylene bypass and a right renal Dacron bypass.
