Division of Cardiology, Department of Medicine, State University of New York Health Science Center, Brooklyn, New York The authors report a case of selective coronary angiography by use of a modified technique in a patient with tortuous iliac artery, distorted thoracic descending aorta, and anomalous left coronary artery.
