Right Precordial Coved ST-T Segment Elevation in a Healthy Subject Evaluated by Isoproterenol Infusion TestA Case ReportInternal Medicine Department, Nishida Hospital, Oita, Japan A sixty-seven-year-old woman was admitted with a complaint of atypical chest pain and with right precordial coved ST-T elevation, mimicking acute anterior myocardial infarc tion. Results of echocardiographic examination and a coronary angiographic study were normal. The etiology of her electrocardiographic pattern was evaluated by isoproterenol infusion test and was revealed to be an early repolarization.
