Department of Internal Medicine "B," Bnai Zion Medical Center, and the Technion Faculty of Medicine, Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel The authors describe the case of a sixty-four-year-old man who presented with clinical and histopathologic evidence of temporal arteritis associated with acute Q fever. This association, which has not been previously reported, supports the possible infectious etiology in temporal arteritis.
