Departments of Medicine and Surgery, University of Missouri Health Sciences Center and Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital, Columbia, Missouri The classical echocardiographic features of left atrial myxoma are quite dis tinctive but do not comprise the full spectrum of abnormalities encountered.
