The Methodist Hospital, Brooklyn, New York A case of intermittent right bundle branch block due to digoxin intoxication is presented. The diagnosis was made by repeated electrocardiograms and ele vated serum digoxin levels. The mechanism of intermittent right bundle branch block is discussed and the pertinent literature is reviewed.
