Departments of Obstetrics/Gynecology and Cardiology, USAF Regional Hospital Carswell, Carswell Air Force Base, Texas Several attacks of ventricular tachycardia (VT) were observed in a fifteen-year-old girl at late pregnancy. Left sided Bell's Palsy was the accompanying presentation. The symp tom started with a viral-like illness. The VT could be effectively controlled with IV Lido caine therapy. Labor was induced and the de livery was uneventful. To the best of the au thors' knowledge, this syndrome was not pre viously described.
