Tetralogy of Fallot Associated With Uncommon Lesions

A patient presented with a unique combination of cardiovascular abnor malities : tetralogy of Fallot, absent pul monary valve, stenosis of peripheral pul monary arteries, and partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection to the azy gos vein. The salient aspects and associ ated lesion of each of these abnormalities are described.
