Section of Cardiology, Norwalk Hospital, Norwalk, Connecticut An echocardiographic study of a 67-year-old patient with pseudoidio pathic hypertrophic subaortic stenosis due to secondary pulmonary hyper tension is reported. Autopsy revealed findings consistent with pulmonary hypertension, and no evidence of idiopathic subaortic stenosis was found.
